Finca Cuipo tries to give back to nature for our and future generations and we thank YOU for your help!

To encourage sustainability in the region we are working together with a small reforestation project called A Tree For Colombia to make a positive impact on nature, wildlife and people.

We set the goal to contribute with planting 3,000 trees per year, so every time you make a booking though our website, Finca Cuipo will make sure that the reforestation in this area can continue.

Trees are essential to the health of our planet, biodiversity and reducing the harmful effects of climate change. Reforestation is consistently identified by scientists as one of the top solutions to the climate crisis and the trees planted as a result of your stay are the main part of this project.

• We employ people from nearby villages

• We use local products and goods in order to bring economic benefits to the community

• We reuse the water to irrigate our gardens which themselves have been planted in recovered terrain

• We work 100% with solar-powered energy​

• Bee our guest: We recently started our beekeeping adventure with 2 hives that now help us maintaining biodiversity, ensuring the survival of many plants, enhancing forest regeneration, providing sustainability and adaptation to climate change.
